Manage the sustainable change
The UNESCO defines biosphere reserves as ‘learning places for sustainable development’ and “interdisciplinary approaches to understanding and managing changes and interactions between social and ecological systems’.
If you are eager to foster sustainable development, manage the change and work in an interdisciplinary team, we may have the right Master’s programme for that.
Biosphere Reserves Management (BIOM) ? is an international Master Course where you will learn " … to manage people and nature for a sustainable future in model regions worldwide!” The international Master’s programme BIOM addresses contemporary sustainability issues from an integrative perspective. Finding solutions on how to reconcile competing land-use interests and analysing innovative and traditional land use practices.
"We look for local solutions to global problems."
